Sheer lack of respect for clients I went to Dr Rosh as I really liked his honest approach you see on social media and I wanted someone to finally tell me what I needed or didn’t need doing Initially, this was all very good and the treatments I received were natural yet effective. This meant I could overlook the lack of professionalism from Klnik in terms of Dr Rosh consistently running 40+ minutes late to each of my appointments. Even then there was a sheer lack of interest from him to me as a client He would storm into the room, barely say hello, let alone have learned my name. He would randomly walk in and out of the room without any explanation as to what he was doing. Then when he was finished with my Botox and filler would make a b-line for the door to leave. Yes, I'm paying for a service not a friendship and I like efficient service but this was taking the mickey. For example, I merely wanted to ask a quick follow up question about a new treatment and whether I would be a suitable candidate. Dr Rosh almost seemed annoyed and exasperated that I would ask for more of his time as he walked towards the door whilst fleetingly answering me as he sidestepped away. It was the sheer dismissal of him at a very quick and basic question that almost made me feel bad for daring to disturb him. However, all of this I continued to look over until his arrogance went too far I had a Botox and filler appointment booked in for 2 months. I’m self employed and it takes me 2 1/2 hours to get to his clinic in Wilmslow so I need to take a day off work for an appointment which, of course therefore, costs me money I got a WhatsApp from Klnik 2 days before my appointment to say my appointment has been cancelled because Dr Rosh was going on holiday… Dr Rosh believes his time is that much more valuable than his clients’ that he would simply cancel his scheduled appointments 2 days out because he wants a holiday I stressed the point that I had paid £50 to secure this appointment 2 months ago and I needed this appointment as I have a whole load of other laser and skin treatments booked in at clinics more local to me at suitable times around my Botox appointment This point appeared to not matter in any shape or form to those at Klnik who gave the generic apology but nothing was offered, no compensation or alternative practitioner or anything I even had to ask myself for my £50 to be paid back which I’m hoping to get soon There really is very little care to clients unless you have 500k followers. I’m not an influencer myself but I have a healthy social media following but at no point did anyone even show enough interest in me to ask anything about that Rude, arrogant and the botox on my eyebrows was the wonkiest I’ve ever had so it’s not as though the work is even worth the hype

I have put off filler for far too many years now after seeing so many overfilled faces and scare stories on instagram but as I approach my 40s Botox alone wasn't quite giving me the look I desired anymore. After seeing the subtle but incredible results on a few friends I decided to give Klinik a try. I decided to leave it to Dr Rosh to advise what he would recommend to alleviate signs of aging. He is very professional and talked through his suggestions to enhance my natural features and what the procedures would entail. Dr Rosh is a true artist. The results are incredible but still so natural. After years of feeling like a tired mum I now feel like me again, only better. He is a testament to why we should only be trusting doctors with our faces!

Appointment was meant for 1:30pm, got there early and wasn’t seen till 2pm- didn’t say anything as just wanted to be positive. He came with an attitude at the beginning. When I explained what I wanted he sounded annoyed that I was even speaking. He told me I need more treatments than I came for. He then left the room and the assistant spoke, I said I don’t feel comfortable having loads of treatments and he came with an attitude almost annoyed that I didn’t wanna spend thousands. He said I was being “picky”??? It’s an important consultation I’m not going to agree on anything and everything?? We agreed on masseter Botox, during the procedure there was no warning he just injected, he asked if I have headaches and I said yes without thinking and he randomly injected in my forehead (and charged me for it) when that was never discussed or agreed on, as soon as the procedure was done he left and didn’t speak and just finished his shift leaving me in the chair with his assistant. Will not be returning. Extremely rude and arrogant, only nice in his social vids with influencers. Left in tears.
