I trusted Dr. Perez because he claimed to be an “artist” and promised lifted, perky results with large implants. He was confident my skin could handle it, but just six months later my breasts sagged and lost shape completely. They look almost identical to my natural ones — only bigger and heavier — and I now have stretch marks and thin skin from the weight. Another surgeon confirmed the implant pockets were made too large and my tissue overstretched. I’m devastated and now have to go through another surgery to repair the damage with internal mesh for support. Please be cautious — confidence and charisma don’t equal skill. Make sure your surgeon talks about tissue strength and long-term results, not just “artistry.” Bigger isn’t always better, and I learned that the hard way.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I’m long overdue on this review since I’m 2months post op, I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Jose Perez Gurri and they’re absolutely perfect from the size and feel of them. They look so natural even my scar is so tiny and fading already I’m sure it will be gone in a couple months. He blessed me and I couldn’t be happier!! Monica and Yolanda have been nothing short of amazing and helpful as well. This was the first surgery I’ve ever had in my entire life and they made me feel so comfortable and safe. I’ve been telling my friends and family about this place ever since I got them, Thank you Again ❤️ I’ve wanted to do this for years and feel beyond lucky to have done it here

I had a negative unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Perez-Gurri. I paid for several procedures that had been explicitly explained in advance, such as a breast lift and reduction, which included removing my old implants and replacing them with new ones, but only the removal of my breast implants was completed. The remaining services for which I paid were not completed. I was still charged the whole cost minus the implants. The remaining money I paid was never returned to me. I felt misled and taken advantage of, and I would strongly advise anyone to conduct thorough research before relying on this doctor. I was deeply disappointed with my experience after surgery with Dr. Perez-Gurri. Following the procedure, I felt unsatisfied and even depressed about the outcome, as it did not meet my expectations. When I shared my concerns with him, he simple stated that he had done his best and then left the room, without offering any gesture of reassurance, empathy, or a plan to address my concerns. I found his response unprofessional and lacking in compassion, especially considering the emotional and physical investment I made in this surgery.
