The beautician mentioned that she is short of products at the moment, delivery hasn't come in since you ordered it before Easter, that was in response for her colleague keeping coming in and out asking for products and equipment. I am very disappointed from the level of professionality I was expecting. The treatment was lacking privacy. The interruptions took time from my treatment and my daughter treatment. I would like to mentioned the beautician had to go in and out few times, she didn't chang the gloves during my treatment and I don't know where she went and what did she touch, but when she came back to the treatment she didn't change the gloves. I also asked about the sponges that she used on my face if they are disposable she said that they are not. The beautician seems to know her job and she also very nice and calm. when I asked her to explain the stages of the treatment she did it with pleasure and it was very informative. she also made sure that health and safety in place.

My appointment with Parul as always was exemplary. She is very experienced and my treatments are always carried out professionally with great results. She has a lovely warm nature and it’s a pleasure to come into the salon to see her

HC has really professional and lovely staff and there are often offers on their treatments. I've had 5 sessions of laser hair removal with Chinazom who really cares about making my treatment long lasting, effective and good value for money. I'm always met with a friendly smile and she ensures I'm comfortable throughout my treatment. I also had some sessions with Romina who was sweet and just as professional. Thank you both!

I have been coming here for over 15 years and I honestly treated so well. Manisha has been doing my eyebrows since I can remember and she’s gentle, kind and always makes me feel valued. Kim the manager, who works at the front desk is warm, accommodating and always ready to help.

I’m currently doing 3 Microneedling and laser acne treatment, the staff are extremely welcoming and the treatments always go safely and smoothly. After treatments I’m guided very well in what do to maximise results. Kim and Mariam have been in store for when I get my treatments and both are extremely helpful and make me feel so welcome.
