Medical staff is FANTASTIC!! They are knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to communicate with. Administratively, that is another story. Why has it become necessary for me over the years, for when I need to make an appointment, or ask for a medication refill for me to usually have to make the request in person. Usually this happens nine times out of ten, where is have to come in person to make the request. Again, my own experiences, as just happened today, where when I called the office to request a prescription refill, the telephone system continually circled me back to the main menu after a few seconds of background ringing. Not even the ability to leave a voice mail message. Again, not the first time, and unless changes are made to update their systems, it appears that this will continue to happen. Perhaps a solution is for the Gutleber Medical Group to explore and obtain an on-line system that will bypass administrative staff from the apparently mundane tasks that they can’t seem to accomplish. A system that would allow a patient to schedule an appointment, or request updated medication prescriptions. Again, fantastic Medical staff. Administratively, needs some work.

Dr Armando Acosta is the best Dr I have had in a long time. He takes time to hear your about your issues and gets right to the bottom of it! He's been my Dr since 2015 and I love him lots🫶🏾❤️

I recently visited the newly opened GB Health Clinic, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Even though they’re new, everything about the clinic feels established, professional, and well thought out. The space is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed — it immediately puts you at ease. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they’re passionate about providing both excellent healthcare and high-quality cosmetic treatments. What stood out most was the attention to detail. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable before starting anything. For a new clinic, they’ve already set a high standard. I’m so glad I gave GB Health Clinic a try — it’s rare to find a place that combines genuine care with expert service. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to seeing them grow!
