Being a first timer, I was a little anxious but Vanessa truly made a world of a difference, she held my hand and walked me through the process, gave a thorough explanation and executed the procedures flawlessly. I’m amazed and over the moon with my results. Claudia, the receptionist was lovely and warm she was available to me anytime or the day for questions or concerns. I loved the overall experience so much I decided to also see Ivette for a facial which was remarkable, These ladies truly helped bring back my spark and feminine power with their skills to beautify.

The office is clean and the staff is generally pretty friendly. However, the parking situation is disorganized. You either need a code to park inside the building or have to pay for street parking — but none of this is clearly explained unless you call the office yourself. Parking accommodations should really be communicated at the time of booking to avoid confusion. As for the treatment, I was not happy with the results of the Botox/neuromodulator. My main concern — nasal flare — saw no improvement, and the effects of the treatment only lasted about a month. I was treated for nasal flare, glabellar lines, and received a recommendation for one neck band, which cost $200. Unfortunately, given the lack of results and short duration, I would not recommend based on my experience.
