I had a pleasant experience at Face Therapy NI on Antrim Road. I made a telephone inquiry, after which I was given an appointment. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I scheduled a Botox treatment with Shauna, who carefully reviewed my consent form. When I mentioned that I was on antibiotics, she immediately advised me to wait until I completed my treatment. Her empathy was evident, and it was clear that customer care was a top priority for her, especially considering her previous experience in A&E. I was rescheduled for the following week, and today I received the treatment. I want to emphasise that Shauna is exceptional in her professional work. Throughout the procedure, she consistently checked in to see if I was okay, which made the experience much more comfortable. I had no issues with the treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how gentle it was. In contrast to my prior experiences with other establishments, the quality of service at Face Therapy NI is outstanding. The commercial premises on Antrim Road are nothing short of first class, with pleasant decor that is well presented.

Absolute five star service. Very welcoming, offered a hot drink or water on arrival which is always good. Simple gesture but very mannerly. Beautiful clinic, nice and cosy. Procedure explained and Lisa was really kind and caring throughout. Nice fun conversations in between, which breaks up any nerves. Definitely my new go to for all my needs. If you haven’t been, it’s well worth a visit..
