There aren’t enough words to express how happy I am to have come across FACE in Mold. Jo in particular who’s been looking after me has been and continues to be a brilliant practitioner and always meets my needs! I’ve completed a couple of laser hair removal sessions and the results can speak for themself. Jo is very thorough when explaining the process, particularly post treatment (which is very important) and overall has made me feel extremely comfortable and I always look forward to each upcoming session. If anyone is looking for any hair removal services that are reasonable priced, FACE is the place to book in your consultation!!

I have visited Face many times for a range of treatments. The clinic is spotless and is so welcoming as are the staff. I have only had treatments from Jo and each time she has taken the time to talk me through what I need and allays any concerns I had or do have. Her advice is second to none. I visited FACE for the new Pulse Lift treatment and it was absolutely amazing. My face felt tighter straight away, I could actually see a noticeable difference immediately after my session. The treatment was only 20-minutes and painless. I’ve booked a course of treatments because I can’t wait to see more results. A huge thank you to Jo, Steph and Charlotte for looking after me. Jo and Steph are consistently professional, highly qualified and knowledgable, kind, friendly and provide a safe and welcoming environment in their clinic. I am more than happy with their service and treatments. I recently had a consultation with Jo as I am new to antiwrinkle treatment. Absolutely love this place. I have visited multiple times for different treatments, and every time I have a great experience. Both ladies who I have had treatments from (Charlotte and Jo) are absolutely amazing at what they do. They have such a calm aura about them, and a plethora of knowledge. My favourite treatment are their facials. I’ve had a few facials in my life, and none of them match up to FACE Mold. I have yet to have a treatment from Steph, but every time I’ve met her she’s been very welcoming and kind. The only downside is I can’t tip this lovely team because i don’t think they take card tips. And I don’t carry cash unfortunately. Highly recommend!
