Great first experience at FAB! Despite being a few minutes late for my appointment, I was met with warmth and smiles - just what I needed after a nightmare journey! Once in and settled, I was prompted to complete a consultation form, my questions being answered as I did. Once completed, I was taken to a clean and comfortable treatment room where the treatment process was explained to me before we made a start. The treatment was performed with professionalism and my wellbeing was checked upon throughout. After the treatment, I was walked back downstairs and sent off with another smile. Overall, a great experience! 💕
