I went to Emily for masseter Botox a few months ago and could not be more happier with the results. I was very nervous at first but Emily was kind and reassuring, and gave all the information I needed about the treatment and procedure. The clinic is very clean and tidy. After a few months, I went back to get a hydrafacial and my skin has never felt so refreshed. Emily gave great aftercare products and recommended products that would be good for my skin. I felt really looked after and highly praise Emily and the team’s professionalism! I will definitely be back.

After seeing Emily for a number of years and always being happy with my results from the treatments I’ve had it came to a point where at 66 yrs old I was thinking of having a facelift as I wanted to look & feel better about myself for my sons upcoming wedding in Tuscany. I went to see a surgeon and it all sounded really painful with lots of downtime & not really healing for a few years 🥺 this was not for me so on a trip to see Emily for my Botox I mentioned to her that I was thinking of a facelift & she advised me to try the Softwave Treatment instead. There was no downtime, and I’d see the results gradually, & up to a year afterwards. I booked in and was so excited to have this done. Emily was as professional as ever, after an hour of numbing she set to work. I was having full face & neck done. Although I could feel something it wasn’t painful & after an hour all done. Over the next few months I began to see the results & my friends & family kept saying that my skin looked really good & I noticed that the droopy contours of my face were firming up . After around 5 months following the Softwave I went to my sons wedding in Italy. I felt good about how my face & neck were looking. Since then it’s still working & I see results. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone who wants to firm up their face & neck as I did. Don’t bother going down the very expensive surgery route book in with Emily, you won’t regret it. Emily’s mum Anna is testament to how good Emily is at the procedures she offers as Anna looks incredible. I’ll be re booking for another round of Softwave after a year as I love the way my skin looks and feels.
