I have been seeing Helen for Botox for migraines for about 9 months and it has made such a difference to my life, I would definitely recommend it for anyone else living with chronic migraine. Helen is kind and compassionate, quick at replying to emails and has even been willing to squeeze me in last minute when I have needed my next round of Botox a few weeks earlier than expected. The new clinic is also lovely!

I recently visited Dr. Helen for a treatment to soften the lines between my brows and to chat through a few other options. From the moment I arrived, I felt in safe, experienced hands. Dr. Helen’s knowledge and honest approach really stood out—she doesn’t try to upsell or overdo it. Instead, she focuses on subtle enhancements that bring out your natural features beautifully. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and only recommended what would genuinely work for me. I felt reassured and confident throughout. I’ll definitely be going back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

I recently visited to have my old lip filler dissolved, as it had migrated over time and just wasn’t sitting right anymore. Dr Helen was amazing, she explained everything so clearly and was so gentle. I love my natural lips and I’m not wanting to add any filler, but the experience was that good I’ve finally found my ‘place’ for a good pamper and will be booking in for a hydrafacial soon! 😊

Jan 2025 A bit behind with my reviews! Latest treatment In January with Kate for Morpheus 8 maintenance. I love this treatment. I know that the results will be developing over the coming months. It really is a long term treatment and I love the skill and knowlledge of Kate. I am looking forward to March and April when the treatment really kicks in and the full effect is evident. My fillers in February 25 were done with the skill and expertise of Dr Helen. I know I am in totally safe hands. I love Dr Helen's creative ideas and know that whatever she suggests will be the right way to go. Would not consider anywhere else for my 'tweakments' Jan 2024 Update to my last review: I have had my latest Morpheus 8 treatment in clinic. This time with Kate. Both Helen and Kate are experts in their field. I love the Morpheus treatments and I can vouch for the amazing results. The difference to the appearance of my skin is commented upon by others and family. There is little down time and I do extra moisturising for a couple of weeks. After that, I just do my usual regime with recommended high quality products from the range in clinic. These products really do work and I follow the advice from 2 professionals, Helen and Kate who know my aging skin well!!! I am looking forward to my visit in January with Helen for some advice on fillers. We are lucky to have such a professional (welcoming and friendly) aesthetics clinic in the centre of Durham. And I have experienced other treatments Helen and Kate offer. Not one I would not recommend. Just had my latest consulation and treatment yesterday with Helen. I recently had a WOW fusion micro needling facial with Kate. I enjoyed the actual treatment and am delighted with the results. This is a lovely, friendly salon with both Helen and Kate offering high levels of expertise. Can highly recommend.
