I only give good reviews, however, this was too important not to. DM family care is a poor little unprofessional clinic. Their little waiting room is extremely hot. You are seen by a NURSE PRACTITIONER MR. MENDOZA HE IS NOT A DOCTOR. YOU NEVER SEE OR GET TREATED BY A DOCTOR, BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP AND THE PATIENTS ARE THE ONES WHO GET NEGLECTED NOT TO BE TREATED BY A DOCTOR. THEY ARE SCAMMING THE SYSTEM, AND VIOLATING THE HIPAA LAW. I KNOW MY FAMILY AND I WERE PATIENTS FOR OVER 4 YEARS. One day they will get caught. They offer cosmetic procedures, Botox, and fillers, no dermatologists, very unprofessional to see in a primary care doctor's office that has no connection to a dermatologist. They get offended if you ask them to speak to you in English. The office manager is rude, always making mistakes with referrals causing days of delays. She has an attitude that you don't matter, and collecting your copay is more important to her. She was extremely rude, argumentative, and showed no compassion for my situation. My family is all assigned to DM family care., My son had an emergency and was admitted to the emergency hospital once released he needed a referral to see a specialist and the referral is done through your pcp. I called the pcp and the office manager was extremely rude hung up the phone on me without any concern for my son's health and situation. She refused my family service because I nicely and respectfully complained that they didn't have someone who spoke English during one of my appointments they have a problem with people who only speak English. Even when you call their office after hours. Their answering machine is in Spanish. She' has no respect doesn't let you speak, and screams over you when you try. She will face her karma, what you put out to the universe comes back to you, you should never treat a person in need with anger and hate, she is in the wrong job. They never have available appointments. They seem to be uneducated and very unprofessional. (Don't trust they're five-star ratings, companies are known to pay for good reviews. And when you see all 5 stars reviews, it's a red flag. If you notice every time someone gives a bad review within an hour they get 5 people leaving 5-star reviews, it's a scam). You're health is very important and you deserve to be seen by a( DOCTOR) because you matter, your health matters you deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion. I'm so glad to be out of there, My family and I have a new PCP who's a real doctor and not a nurse practitioner, with a full staff that speaks English. The office manager had a personal problem with me, and she denied one of my family members medical care when he needed it. They don't care about people only the money. The truth is I terminated them months ago and when I tried to change my family, the insurance did not allow me because my family members are adults and had to call and request a pcp change themselves, they forgot and never did. So when my son needed a referral he was still assigned to DM family care. They refused to give him medical care. When he had nothing to do with the argument I had with the rude office manager. Very unprofessional and unethical to deny a patient who needed medical attention. Their response to my bad review is a lie, an attempt at intimidation to try to get me to remove my bad review. At the end of the day, this bad review doesn't affect me at all. I found a better PCP and have moved on. They're the ones who lose, I'm just warning other people of their bad practice. They have violated the HIPAA LAW with their comments on my bad review. All they had to do was apologize to me, it would have shown their acknowledgment of staff bad behavior, and that they would have corrected it, I would have removed the bad review. But they chose to lie and attack me. So my bad review will remain.
