This clinic only does things halfway and does not deliver what they advertise. For example, if you choose a package that supposedly includes testing, treatment, and the required medication, you will only receive the test results – and even those are not sent to you unless you keep chasing them. On the first day they say they will update you, but they never do, and nothing is provided unless you push for it. When you ask about treatment or your medical issue, they tell you that you need to buy another package just to get an answer. You will not actually speak to a doctor, and it’s unclear how many extra packages they will force you to buy before you ever get proper treatment. In reality, this feels like exploitation and a scam – a way to squeeze as much money as possible from patients without providing the full service they promise.

Very poor service. I dont how how they got so many good reviews. My experience was terrible with them. On first appointment they gave me kick starter multivitamins in 1000ml iv which was tolerable for my body as i am pregnant. At next appointment i paid the same money but when i reached they refused to give me a bed for iv. They were so rude and neglecting my situation. I was feeling like im begging for space in an A£E department for free. I still adjusted with them and agreed to have iv in waiting area. Then they brought only 500ml iv liquid to mix with the same volume of multivitamins which was too strong for me body. When i reminded them about quantity from last appointment they literally lied to me and said this is the standard quantity they give.. I had pic from the last drip and showed them. But they were constantly refusing everything. Also they left my drip unattended in waiting area cause first canuala didnt work and had to change another one in another room .I dont know why did they charge me £200 if they were unable to provide me serious i needed. As expected that drip didnt suit me . I was left with restlessness and dizzy head. I had to go women hospital to get checked if everything is ok with me and baby.when midwife called the clonic to find out which drip they gave me they lied to them and said they gave only notmal fluid. I had to call the clinic and then they accepted .unable to sleep due to that trauma. It was just waste of money. I will request every friend of mine to avoid this clinic.
