After reading lots of the reviews her I would have to say my experience at this clinic has alot of coincidence with people who have give this clinic one star. This clinic absolutely deserves one star from me because of the level of treatment I got from this clinic, especially when I attended here I treated every member of staff here with respect and was honest from day one at my consultation and the staff here certainly didn't treat me with the same level of respect or honesty in return. I am now going to elaborate on this, I first contacted the clinic to enquire about scar treatment on my ankle and told who I spoke to that I had already recieved laser treatment elsewhere and immediately asked for any other form of scar treatment, the member of staff said this clinic does and she will inform Dr nyla of my enquiries before my consultation. Then when I met her in the consultation I told her about me having laser treatment at St Helens hospital and it didn't work and don't think that form of treatment will work here either, she then showed her arrogance as I have heard in other reviews and obviously thought she knew more than me because she is a doctor and I'm not (but I am certainly a bright boy), she said she thinks her laser will work even though the other didn't and was obviously emplying hers is superior just because it is more exspensive(slight signs of narcissism there) I still disagreed with her because of my past experiences. She then complimented me by saying I'm a good looking boy and I have a great physique which I honestly thought was just unprofessional and unnecessary because (I am much younger than her and she is also married) and my mother who was with me through all the treatments also, thought it was completely unnecessary, but based from reading other reviews it is obviously a complimentary tactic of persuasion to try and get what she wants which is your money. I looked uncomfortable when I recieved that compliment and then Dr nyla then said she promises me if I proceed and agree to treatmentit will get rid of my scar and if the least it will make my scar fade alot so it is hiderly noticeable. I then over a period of two months had six session treatments and no surprise my scar hadn't changed whatsoever, I then got referred to another doctor there called Dr fab who was apparently a more specialised doctor which shows at the start consultation Dr nyla shouldn't of been disagreeing with me if the laser treatment would work or not if she isn't a specialist on scar treatment herself. Dr fab then exsposed that the whole time of treatments the nurses weren't even using the laser treatment effectively enough on my scar as they had put the setting high enough for my level of scar. So they had just revealed that I had payed for 3000 pound scar treatment and the whole time the nurses were not even doing the treatment properly and show they are not even properly trained to do their job properly. Dr nyla then offered me four more free treatments with the highest most powerful setting to treat my scar which is still cheeky because it is still less than the six treatments I (payed for which were promised by her to be completely successful) so because I wanted my car fixing I agreed to the other four treatments. And the after a period of nearly two months afterwards surprise suprise my scar had still not improved whatsoever. And the staff who treated me can't deny this as they recored multiple pictures on their tablet of my scar as did I thoughout my treatment from the start to track progress of improvement and there was no improvement. After all treatments I had a final consultation with another woman because Dr nyla didn't want to face the music for her lies and manipulation being exspoed and her being blatantly and a young boy being right over a doctor. The women I spoke to then even said after all this I can't get rid of my scar and will never be able to, surprise suprise they should of said that before taking 3000 off me, if they had any decent morals and customer service they should of given me a full refund.
