Each message, whether sent by the customer or MARBL concierge, counts toward your limit. For example, if a customer sends a message and MARBL responds, that counts as two messages.
If you exceed your limit, MARBL continues uninterrupted. Additional messages are charged at your plan’s on-demand rate. For example, if you send 100 messages over the limit on the Standard Plan, you'll be charged £10 (100 messages at 10p each).
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to suit your medspa's needs.
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time without any cancellation fees. However, the plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No, unused messages do not roll over. Each month, your plan’s message limit resets.
You can monitor your message usage in real-time in the Subscription Settings of your MARBL account. Here, you'll see your current message usage and how close you are to your monthly limit. You will also receive email and in-app notifications when you are approaching or exceeding your message limit.
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans.
