I was seen today by Kirin, assisted by Chloe. I was nervous as I was having a tooth removed , but I was put at ease from the start. The care and attention taken from start to finish was excellent! The extraction was quick and painless and aftercare second to none. I would highly recommend the practice. I used to have a phobia of dentists, but now I have found one that makes me feel at ease. I would like to thank Dr Kirun for being so kind and understanding from the start of my aligner treatment through to the end. I had wanted to improve my smile and my cleaning regime. I was nervous about the treatment, you took your time to explain everything about the treatment, its timescale and this eased my worries. My treatment lasted approximately 17 months and again I would like to thank Kirun for having the faith in me to commit to the treatment. I’m now happy and more confident with my new smile.

I was absolutely terrified of the dentist and hadn't seen one for over 30 years. I was desperate for treatment and after researching several practices I decided to go to the Willows. There I met Jas, he was so patient and understanding and put me at ease straight away, I said I couldn't have anything done without sedation and he assured me I wouldn't feel a thing. I have had several procedures done since that day and each time I didn't remember anything about them. I can't recommend Jas, Sophie and Lucy his dental nurses enough, not only is he a brilliant dentist he is also one of the loveliest men I have ever met. Great practice - been with them for years. Questioned the change in set up to a membership scheme, however, it turns out to be very reasonable for the whole family. Front desk team are great and the joint appointments with hygienist snd dentist are so much easier.. Many thanks

Willows Dental have been absolutely amazing! I needed an emergency temporary filling and had the pleasure of seeing Auleep and Vicky, who were so kind, explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident with what was happening, the next steps, and choices available. The administrative team have been amazing, and booked me in the same day I called, they helped me with a payment plan, called to check how I am after the filling, and have been so friendly and welcoming every time I've visited. Can't thank everyone enough! I'm so glad to have found such a good practice and will be continuing my dental care at Willows Dental
